I picked this video because I don’t totally agree with all the charges made. This is a very tragic event and more precautions should have been took. The captain should of stayed on the ship and escorted people off because that is what his job is. When he got the job as a captain he pretty much said I will save as many people as I can before I save myself. The captain is getting charged with abandoning the ship, and manslaughter. I do not think that he deserves both of those charges I think they should charge him with manslaughter if they think he was being reckless. I think they should drop charge of abandoning and charge him with manslaughter if he wasn’t taking all the necessary precautions.
